Annual General Meeting WEDNESDAY 24th MAY 2006

The Annual General Meeting of the Cleft Lip & Palate Support Group (Auckland) Inc. will be held on Wednesday 24th May, 2006 at 7.30pm.at the Parent & Family Resource Centre, cnr Spring & Princes St, Onehunga, Auckland

Become involved and informed:

  • Find out what the Support Group has been doing
  • Find out what is planned for the future
  • Let us know what you think is important and what you would like to see
  • Listen to Glenn Bartlett (Surgeon) speak on Surgical interventions for children with a cleft


AGM business is kept to a minimum, and it is your chance to find out what has been achieved over the past year and what is planned for the coming 12 months. Nominations are encouraged by anyone who is interested to become involved in the committee. To be involved, please e-mail us your nomination. All nominees need to attend the AGM. If you have any business you would like considered at the AGM, please put it in writing to the President (PO Box 13385, Onehunga), prior to the commencement of the AGM.

AGM AGENDA

7.30 – 8.00pm AGM conducted

8.00 –8.30pm Speaker - Glenn Bartlett (Surgeon Cleft Team Middlemore Hospital) will speak on surgical intervention for children with cleft lip and palate.

8.30pm onwards - Question time and light refreshments We are privileged to have Glenn Bartlett come to speak at our AGM, and we know from previous experience that the presentation is always informative and of great interest to parents. It is an excellent opportunity to ask Glenn questions and to meet some of the other cleft team members. We hope to see you there. For catering purposes please RSVP your attendance to 0800 4 CLEFT
