Dont know what to do with your old feeding bottles?

Posted on September 10th, 2007

Well here is a great opportunity to give them to someone who needs help. Sheryl Wright is a midwife who is collects midwifery and baby supplies and takes them to Bali. They are then distributed by Southern Cross Bali, a charity organisation.

There are appoximately 8000 cleft children born in Bali. These families have no access to medical services or treatment due to poverty. There are several organisations who sponsor surgery (such as Rotary) but many of these children have feeding difficulties in the early weeks/months. Parents are unable to get bottles such as the Haberman to assist them in feeding their children.

Sheryl is heading to Bali on the 8th of October 2007. She would love to take some specialist feeding bottles with her. If you still have your old, but still usable, bottles taking up room in the back of your cupboard, then you can send them direct to Sheryl.
