New Cleft and VPI Speech Clinic in Auckland
Posted on June 9th, 2008We are delighted that Maeve Morrison (Cleft SLT) has started up a VPI clinic with Auckland University Speech and Language Department. It runs on a Wednesday morning throughout the university semester time.
Maeve will be supervising student SLTs to deliver therapy time to children with “cleft” speech characteristics.More…Referrals will be accepted from parents of children who are not currently receiving SLT services elsewhere; this may include children on the waiting list for SLT support or children who have been discharged from SLT services but continue to have residual speech and language difficulties relating to cleft palate or velopharyngeal competence.
