Are you already a Friend or Member of Cleft NZ?  If not, by filling in this form you will become a “Member” of Cleft NZ Inc. This means your details will be added into the Cleft NZ Inc database which will enable you to keep up to date with our events and newsletters. You will also be entitled to join our (closed) Facebook group. 

Members can vote at the AGM and under the legislation have an obligation to keep us informed of any name changes or changes to contact details.
